Zucchini Blossoms – 10-12
Besan (Chickpea Flour) 1/2 Cup
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 Tsp
Semolina 1 Tsp
Chilli Flakes 1/2 Tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
water 1 cup
Lemon juice 5-6 drop
salt to taste
In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients with the exception of the zucchini blossoms and add water.
The flour and ingredient solution will now be covered for 10 to 15 minutes.
Next, add one zucchini blossom to the batter.
One by one, dip the zucchini flowers in the batter.
Put the batter-dipped zucchini flowers in the pan to fry.
Avoid leaving the zucchini flowers in the pan for a longer period of time. Otherwise, the zucchini flowers burn and losing their flavour.
Now take out this delicious dish from the pan and serve
Its flavour will be enhanced if you eat it with hot sauce.
